Rakuten Turbo

This is a "home router" service provided by Rakuten Mobile.

In "Rakuten Turbo" service areas, customers can have Wi-Fi® at home without the need for construction using the compatible product "Rakuten Turbo 5G".

Recommended for customers who can’t install fiber optic lines at home or customers who want to use Wi-Fi immediately after moving in. We provide easy Internet access by simply plugging the product into an outlet and configuring Wi-Fi settings.

Rakuten Hikari

Rakuten Hikari is a high-speed internet service with a maximum speed of 1Gbps that offers services utilizing the fiber optic lines of NTT East/West through Rakuten Broadband.

In addition to conveniently consolidating the optical network with provider contracts and invoices, Rakuten Hikari also offers a variety of services, including free options,designed to meet customers' needs.

Rakuten Senior is a service that aims to extend the healthy life expectancy of users.

Through the “Rakuten Senior” app, users can keep track of steps taken on a daily basis and monitor their health with a variety of functions, make reservations for and take part in various events and earn Rakuten Points by checking in at participating facilities. Users can also enjoy a variety of content through the app, such as health-related articles and instructional video content about physical fitness and tutorials for using smartphones.

To support the digitalization of society in addition to extending the healthy life expectancy of users, Rakuten Senior also offers an event platform, and regularly holds smartphone classes to improve IT literacy both online and at Rakuten Mobile stores and other facilities. Users can participate in the various events held by organizations affiliated with the event platform.
