Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when products or marketing strategies of Rakuten Mobile, Inc. and each of its subsidiaries (including Rakuten Symphony, Inc., hereinafter referred to as, “Rakuten”) might seem similar to ideas submitted to Rakuten.

However, as a matter of policy, Rakuten or any of Rakuten's employees do not accept or consider unsolicited Ideas from others.

Please do not submit any information related to unsolicited Ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions or other works (hereinafter referred to as “Submission”) to Rakuten or any of its employees.
