Regarding the Handling of Personal Information in "Okaimono Panda Park"

Rakuten Mobile, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Rakuten Mobile" or "We / Our /Us" as appropriate) sets forth its privacy policy as follows (hereinafter the "Policy") concerning the handling of customer information (*) including customer’s personal information in the application "Okaimono Panda Park" (hereinafter the "Application") provided by Rakuten Mobile for smartphones.

(*) Customer information refers to all information relating to the customers who use our services.

1. Customer Information Collected, Method of Collection, and Purpose of Use

Customer Information is acquired through the Application either automatically or by customer input in order to achieve the purposes of use described below.

(*1)  The advertising ID cannot be used to identify the individual. Also, you may go to the settings menu of your device and disable advertising ID to stop transmission.
(*2)  Rakuten Mobile will not view or use any information relating to secrecy of communication or unpublished contents communicated between customers without consent from the customers.

2. Changes to Purpose of Use

In the event the purpose of use of customer information is changed, the change shall not be made beyond the scope reasonably determined to have relevancy with the purpose of use previously stated prior to the change.

Further, if any of the personal information is used beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use stated above, we will clearly state said purpose and obtain consent in advance from customers on all such occasions.

3. Provision to Third Parties

1)Provision to Rakuten Group

The Rakuten Group consisting of Rakuten Group, Inc. (hereinafter "Rakuten") and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Rakuten Group") provides a wide variety of its services to their customers.

Rakuten Mobile may provide information to the Rakuten Group as follows to make the services of Rakuten Group more convenient and easier for customers to use.

2)Provision to Other Third Parties

In addition to paragraph 1) above, the customer information held by Rakuten Mobile may be provided to the third parties shown in the following table. When part or all of the business operations associated with the management and operation of the Application and the provision of our services, etc., is outsourced to a contractor, Rakuten Mobile may provide the customer information in its possession to the contractor.

Further, the customer information held by Rakuten Mobile may be processed so that it cannot be used to identify the individual before proving it to a third party.

4. Information Acquired by Information Gathering Module

Information gathering modules (*) with functions to acquire customer information are incorporated into the Application. Rakuten Mobile uses each of the information gathering modules to obtain customer information as stated below.

In addition, customer information may be stored in the servers managed by the companies that provide information gathering modules. Such customer information is used to the extent of purpose of use stated in the privacy policy set forth by each of the companies providing information gathering modules.

(*) Information gathering modules refer to a set of programs with functions to acquire customer information, incorporated into applications for use, and they are provided by companies that are providers of information gathering modules other than Rakuten Mobile.

5. Consent to Acquisition and Use of Customer Information

Rakuten Mobile shall obtain consent from customers that it will handle customer information in accordance with this Policy and the "Handling of Personal Information"set forth by Rakuten Mobile when customers use the Application.

6. Terminating Use of Customer Information

Customers are kindly asked to uninstall the Application by themselves If they wish to terminate the acquisition and use of Customer Information by Rakuten Mobile.

Please note that the Customer Information acquired by Rakuten Mobile prior to the Application being uninstalled may be used within the scope of purpose of use set forth in this Policy even after it is uninstalled by the customers themselves, however, the Customer Information will be erased without delay after the purpose of use is achieved by using an appropriate method.

8. Revision of Policy

This Policy may be revised periodically in order to comply with the updated laws and regulations or to fulfill our business needs. Any revision to this Policy will be posted on our website or in the Application. However, if consent from customers is required by law due to the nature of the revision, we shall obtain customer consent in the manner prescribed by Rakuten Mobile.
